Delete your account

You can delete your Dropstr account yourself, in the app, whenever you like.

1. Sign in to Dropstr on the web or in the iPhone or Android app.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Type your password (drivers: your PIN) and choose Delete.

Drivers and office staff

Your login is erased straight away and you are removed from the workspace. Past deliveries stay in the workspace’s records without your name.

Owners

Deleting an owner account deletes the whole workspace: customers, routes, runs, invoices and pay records. Your team is signed out, and any subscription stops renewing right away.

You have 14 days to change your mind. Sign in during that time and choose Restore. After 14 days everything is erased for good and cannot be recovered. We keep only what the law asks us to keep, such as payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
